Key Responsibilities :
- Interact professionally and effectively with all customers, staff, and outside vendors through both verbal and written communication.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently within established timeframes, including delegating tasks and projects, supervising progress, and following up to ensure completion.
- Implement and enforce company grooming procedures, emphasizing animal care and safety, and ensure grooming pay is audited daily.
- Implement and enforce company cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrate an interest in and involvement with animal welfare and community events.
- Be capable of moving products and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing Centinela Feed with integrity.
- Complete all required company training.
