Timecard Review & Approval:
- Review and approve employee timecards for accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Work closely with managers and employees to resolve timekeeping discrepancies.
- Ensure proper tracking of overtime, paid time off (PTO), and leave balances.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring all timecard data is accurate before submission.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and distribute monthly HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, overtime, and attendance.
- Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems and assist with data integrity audits.
- Identify trends in workforce data to support decision-making and process improvements.
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist with employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork and system setup.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support HR projects related to compliance, training, and employee engagement.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
