Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Executive Assistant located at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, Indiana. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support and performs a comprehensive range of confidential work encompassing administrative tasks and organization functions that support the operations of Executive Management under the supervision of the Strategic & Executive Liaison. The Executive Assistant will also work with all levels of management and lines of business to provide administrative support for strategic projects, as assigned, ensuring projects remain on schedule and executed successfully. The Executive Assistant will support the standardization, governance and administration of the Centra Project Framework.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position may be required to perform additional duties as requested. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform.
- Performs a broad variety of administrative tasks associated with ongoing organizational projects and special assignments to assist departments across the organization. Provides support with project coordination, administration, implementation, data validation, etc.
- Provides tactical calendar management for Executive Department and internal lines of business, while completing a broad variety of confidential administrative tasks. Ensures proper flow of Credit Union activities; provides reports, presentations, collects and prepares information for meetings with stakeholders and outside parties while making judgments, providing meaningful feedback and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements for the organization.
- Plans and executes Centra events for Executives, Committees, and internal meetings. This includes supporting presenters with preparation and execution, recording meeting minutes, managing to budget and established parameters, coordinating all logistics, including the location, set-up, technology, and supplies. Events may require occasional travel.
- Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and provides trusted and confidential support to the Executives.
- Serves as secondary liaison to the Board of Directors and Board Committees to ensure their oversight objectives are achieved. May be responsible for organizing Board and Board Committee schedules and meetings pursuant to the objectives of the meeting. Develops, compiles, edits, and distributes packet materials. Facilitates meeting logistics and technology, records meeting minutes, for monthly Board and Committee meetings. Reports Board activities to regulatory agencies and credit union stakeholders (examiners, Board Members, insurers, C-Suite, the Indiana Credit Union League, Team Members, and Members).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - (EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED):

Bachelor's Degree in Related Field

Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
