Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other challenging behaviors. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services to our clients. This is an ongoing opportunity to work 40 hours per week with a regular shift of 8 hours, days. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of behavioral principles, and experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Special Education or Applied Behavior Analysis, and be certified as a BCBA. You should also have at least 2 years of experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities. Additionally, you must have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality services to our clients.
