Job Description:
Centra Healthcare QIA is a leading provider of staffing solutions for the healthcare industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Services Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing behavioral analysis services in a school setting, working closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized behavior plans that promote positive outcomes for students with special needs.
This is an ongoing position, requiring 40 hours per week, with a standard shift of 8 hours per day. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for students with special needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to identify and address behavioral concerns
- Conduct observations and assessments to inform behavior planning and intervention
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral analysis and intervention strategies
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a school setting, working with students with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
