Essential Functions:
- Engage Members during account transactions, educating and advising on Credit Union products and services.
- Perform Member account maintenance, telephonic outbound calling, and outreach activities to build Member relationships and promote products and services.
- Proactively address Member concerns and find solutions to meet their financial needs and goals.
- Complete required training and obtain Centra certification as part of our Learning Path program.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum one to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
