CentraCare Willmar Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic with physicians and advance practice providers in more than 40 specialties. Our physicians serve CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital and Willmar Surgery Center.
Job Summary
- Provides leadership and direction to on-site staff concerning day-to-day operations in clinic.
- Leads team of RNs, LPNs and CMAs.
- Oversees Specialty Care with approximately 20-25 direct reports.
- Supported by Manager of Specialty Care and part of a great team of clinic leaders.
- Acts as nursing resource.
- Performs professional nursing care to patients as needed.
- Promotes collaborative governance of nursing department.
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $69,929 annual salary: exact wage determined by years of related experience.
- Salary range: $69,929 - $104,936 annually
- Salary and salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in prorated offer rate.

Qualifications
- Currently licensed as RN to practice nursing in the State of Minnesota required.
- 3 years successful nursing practice as a registered nurse required.
- Associate degree in nursing (ADN) required, bachelor's degree (BSN/BAN) preferred.
- Management or charge nurse experience preferred not required.
- Prior ambulatory or acute care nursing experience strongly preferred.
Additional Qualifications
- Good communication, documentation and time management skills.
- Nursing assessment skills as well as procedural skills to include IVs.
- Demonstrates the ability to function and provide direction in stressful situations.
- Strong work history record preferred.
