What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gift Gallery Assistant position at CentraCare?
Find your purpose as a Gift Gallery Assistant at the St. Cloud Hospital. Assists Gift Gallery lead in day-to-day operations including store inventory displays, sales (POS), reporting, handling, and monitoring of merchandise and year-end inventory. Delivers exceptional customer service. Assists in training of volunteers. Assists in helping achieve financial goals and yearly fundraisers. Provides backup coverage as needed in emergency or in absence of staff or volunteers at our St. Cloud store locations. Sales from the Gift Gallery benefit our patients and families through the work of the St. Cloud Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary.
Schedule:
- Part-time 44 hours every 2 weeks
- Monday-Thursday 10a-2p & Friday 10a-4p
Pay & Benefits:
- Minimum hourly rate of $16.44 per hour; exact rate of pay determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $13.65-$20.48 per hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail environment including point of sale system.
- Experience with visual display beneficial.
- Supervisory or training experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
