Paynesville Hospital is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Health Unit Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing telephone communications, processing provider orders and procedure paperwork, and maintaining patient medical records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule
- Part-time | 30 hours every two weeks | Paynesville Hospital
- Day shift | 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Every third weekend | Every third holiday
- Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $17.32 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $15.96 - $23.96

- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience with office procedures and equipment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
