Job Description
Surgical Technologists play a vital role in the operating room, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available for surgeons and anesthesiologists to perform procedures safely and effectively. As a Surgical Technologist at CentraCare, you will be responsible for preparing the operating rooms for various surgeries and procedures, tracking inventory of surgical materials and tools to maintain patient safety, and working closely with physicians, CRNA's, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel to deliver quality patient care.

As a Surgical Technologist at CentraCare, you will be responsible for preparing the operating rooms for various surgeries and procedures, tracking inventory of surgical materials and tools to maintain patient safety, and working closely with physicians, CRNA's, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel to deliver quality patient care.
- Schedule
- Full-time position: 64 hours every two weeks, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
- Every third weekend on call, with 2-3 nights per week on call and rotating holidays.
- Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $25.98 per hour, increasing with experience.
- Up to $10,000 student loan repayment or $5,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

- Qualifications
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF AN ACCREDITED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST PROGRAM
- SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
- CURRENT AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION (AHA) BLS HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CARD
- MUST BE ABLE TO RESPOND WITHIN 30 MINUTES TO ON-CALL SITUATIONS
