Join our Endocrinology Department as a Specialty Scheduling Assistant!
The Specially Scheduling Assistant is responsible for providing scheduling support to the department and will anticipate in the coordination of clinic activity through the processing of physician orders and performing patient scheduling duties to support patient care staff.
Schedule:
- Casual 0-16 hours per 30 days
Pay and Benefits:
- Start pay $18.11 per hour, exact wage determined by years of related experience.
- Pay range $17.28 to $25.89 per hour

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience or equivalent knowledge/skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent communicative skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and general office equipment.
*Post high school secretarial training preferred.
