About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Luna Park in Coney Island. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute innovative sales programs and comprehensive marketing plans to drive revenue growth and attendance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and attendance.
- Analyze and communicate results and trends of sales-based market research.
- Provide insight to the management team in regards to market penetration, attendance planning, pricing strategies, and business development.
- Assist management in budget preparation, sales forecasting, and marketing campaigns execution.
The Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Master's degree in Marketing/Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Management, preferably in hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
