Central Arizona Supply is a 56-year-old family-owned & operated plumbing, heating, appliance & air conditioning supply company with over 200 employees, 15 branch locations throughout Arizona & Nevada, as well as a Central Distribution warehouse in Mesa, AZ. Our clients range from homeowners, interior designers, handymen (& women), builders, and contractors. Through our service counters and delivery trucks, we supply products to the residential, commercial, and hospitality industries. Through our showrooms, we supply products for remodels, custom and semi-custom homes.

Essential Functions
- Represent the company and achieve sales goals within assigned territory.
- Identify opportunities to increase client base and improve sales performance.
- Promote new products and programs to existing & potential clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors.
- Effectively and consistently utilize CRM and the Sales Process of Central Arizona Supply.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in outside sales of high-end plumbing products and luxury appliances.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Team player who works productively with all departments and clients.
- Previous experience in CRM software that streamlines the tracking and management of client information, interactions, leads, and business opportunities.
- Excellent customer service rapport through great persuasive negotiation skills.
- Exhibit a distinguished and professional appearance, reflecting the luxury nature of the products being sold.
- Ability to handle difficult clients and situations through impressive problem-solving skills.
