We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, real estate law, and customer service. 1 years in Automotive Title processing required. Beginning pay based on experience. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
Responsibilities
- Process and review title documents accurately and efficiently
- Conduct research to ensure titles are clear and free of any encumbrances
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and agents regarding title-related matters
- Assist in resolving any title issues that may arise during the transaction process
- Maintain organized records of all title documents and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth title processing

- Proficiency in title processing procedures and software systems
- Strong understanding of real estate law and title insurance practices
