About us
Central Arkansas Pediatric Clinic is a very busy, fast paced outpatient clinic located in Bryant, Arkansas. We are seeking a professional LPN/ RN to be a Primary Nurse for a provider 4 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm with rotating Saturday Urgent Care Clinic 8 am- 12pm.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment.
Experience:
_ Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current state nursing license.
