Issue commands to monitor the usage and scheduling of automated computer operation processes
Oversee printer processing and distribution
High school diploma or GED
Ability to listen to instructions and follow them accurately
Ability to work independently
Adaptable and willing to learn
Able to communicate well, and to work effectively with programmers, end users, and co-workers
Able to deal with unique or high-level problems
Experience operating in a mainframe environment a plus
Formal computer-related training a plus
