Central Baptist Village is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our Nursing Department leadership team by ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing levels. This vital role helps maintain the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our dedicated staff.
Schedule: Full-Time (6:30am – 3pm).
Starting wage: $24 - $26hr based on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily staffing assignments to ensure proper coverage across shifts.
- Monitor and adjust schedules based on staff availability, call-offs, and changing care needs.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to align staffing with budgetary guidelines and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding scheduling changes, time-off requests, and staffing needs.
- Utilize scheduling software and maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and payroll-related data.
- Facilitate onboarding for new nursing staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Support new hires by coordinating orientation schedules, providing guidance on staffing procedures, and serving as a resource for scheduling questions.

Requirements:
- Experience in a skilled nursing or hospital setting is preferred.
