POSITION: Athletic Director – High School
Full-time w/benefits LOCATION: Central Bucks High School - West AVAILABLE: July 1, 2025 COMPENSATION: Salary in accordance with Administrative Compensation Plan DESCRIPTION: The Director of Athletics for Grades 9-12 provides effective leadership for continued evaluation, development and improvement of the district's interscholastic athletic program within the philosophy of the school and the school district.
The Athletic Director's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Experience as a high school Head Coach preferred. PROCEDURE: Apply through the CBSD Employment Portal on or before April 30, 2025*. EOE

The Athletic Director's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Recruiting, selecting, training, supervision and evaluation of coaches
- Scheduling of athletic contests and practices, game officials, transportation, gym and field usage and support staff for events
- Budgeting and accounting knowledge/skills are necessary; responsible for collection of all Booster Club/Parent Groups financial data
- Must have knowledge of P.I.A.A. Rules and Regulations
- Oversee student eligibility, maintain Title IX compliance
- Supervise athletic events, attend evening and weekend home athletic contests and coordinate police coverage
- All other duties as assigned
