Quality Improvement and Health Equity Supervisor

We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as a Quality Improvement and Health Equity Supervisor in the Quality Improvement and Population Health Department.
ABOUT THIS POSITION
This position sits within the Quality and Population Health team at the Alliance. The position will supervise the Quality Improvement Program Advisors supporting the Alliance's pay-for-performance Care-Based Incentive (CBI) Program for primary care providers. This position will support regulatory requirements and oversight of QI and health equity-related projects.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Quality and Population Health Manager, this position :
- Supervises a team within the Quality Improvement (QI) and Population Health Department, acts as a subject matter expert, and provides guidance on Quality Improvement and Health Equity programs
- Oversees and acts as a resource to staff responsible for providing proactive solutions related to QI projects and program evaluation
- Supervises, mentors, and trains assigned staff

Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care, Data Science , Public Health, or a related field

The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).
Zone 1 (Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz)
109,101 - $174,574 USD
Zone 2 (Mariposa and Merced)
99,283 - $158,870 USD
OUR BENEFITS
Available for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees. These benefits are unavailable to temporary employees while on an assignment with the Alliance.
