We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize our revenue cycle operations, ensuring our financial strength so we can continue to provide exceptional care. What you'll do:
- Lead the Way: Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize revenue generation and minimize revenue leakage across all clinic locations.
- Drive Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate cash flow.
- Be a Thought Partner: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement revenue cycle strategies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Own the Numbers:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Review billing system and statements to identify and correct errors.
- Champion Oncology Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of drug policies and reimbursement processes for oncology medications, including in-office infusions and oral medications.
- Stay up-to-date on coding and billing regulations specific to oncology.
- Embrace Collaboration:
- Oversee and optimize patient registration and front desk operations to ensure accurate and efficient data capture.
- Demonstrate the ability to travel to clinic locations in Kansas and Missouri as needed to support revenue cycle operations.
- Partner with other departments (clinical, patient access, etc.) to ensure a seamless and patient-centric revenue cycle.
What you'll bring:
- Ideally, you'll have: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- We're looking for someone with: 4-10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with specific experience in oncology billing and reimbursement.
- A strong understanding of: Medical billing and coding regulations, particularly those related to oncology.
- You should be: Analytical, a strong problem-solver, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with: Electronic health records (EHR) systems and revenue cycle management software is highly desirable.
- It would be great if you have: Certification in healthcare revenue cycle management (e.g., CRCR).
