Job Overview: The Senior Client Success Manager will overseeclientsuccessand revenue cycle operations across multipleclientaccounts, ensuring effective execution and high satisfaction. Reporting to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle, this role is integral to driving operationalsuccess, fostering strongclientrelationships, and supporting business growth by engaging with potentialclients during the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Operations Management:
- Lead and manage revenue cycle operations for diverseclients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain best practices to optimize revenue cycle performance, addressingclient-specific challenges and opportunities.
- ClientSuccessand Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships withclientstakeholders and senior leadership, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Understand and anticipateclientneeds, tailoring strategies to achieve and exceedclientgoals.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership to formulate strategic plans that align with company andclientobjectives.
- Drive the implementation of these plans, ensuring timely achievement of desired outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a primary liaison betweenclients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Deliver regular, comprehensive updates on performance and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales Support and Business Development:
- Engage potentialclients in the sales process by showcasing the firm’s capabilities and strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align onclientneeds and demonstrate our value proposition effectively.
- Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze revenue cycle data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance revenue cycle outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare administration, with demonstratedsuccessin a leadership role.
- Extensive understanding of healthcare systems and revenue cycle processes.
