With more than 120 physicians and more than 500 employees, the hospital offers a wide range of specialties. Central Carolina Hospital is nestled in the heart of central North Carolina and is located only 40 minutes southwest of Raleigh, the state capital, and just 40 minutes from the gates of Fort Bragg Military base. As a Director of Respiratory Care, this position will be responsible for staff development, evidence based clinical practice, personnel resource/productivity management, fiscal management, patient quality, safety and performance improvement, and regulatory compliance for the respiratory department.

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Bachelor’s degree is required
Master's degree is preferred
Required License:
Registered Respiratory Therapist in North Carolina is required
Required Certification:
BLS is required within 1 month of hire date
ACLS is required within 6 months of hire date
