Overview:
Full-Time, located in Hamilton, OH. Administrative duties include:
Answer phones, meet and greet clients, assist with completion of intake packets
Assist Office Manager with regular chart audits to ensure completeness/accuracy
Coordinate all forms/paperwork
Pull charts and paperwork for next day appointments
Screen client payment methods
Run reports for all new Medicaid recipients
Maintain client information in Electronic Health Record
Manage record requests
Make reminder phone calls
Conduct urint screens, if needed.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
High School diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of office clerical experience, communicate effectively in both oral and written form and must be able to work both independently and with a team. Must be able to lift /push/pull up to 20 pounds.
