We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomy Technician to perform specimen collections and provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of phlebotomy experience, strong rapport-building skills, and a commitment to patient comfort.

Scheduled Shift: Monday to Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection for patients of all demographics, including geriatric populations.
• Ensure accurate specimen collection, labeling, and processing while adhering to laboratory protocols.
• Provide a compassionate and reassuring patient experience during procedures.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, demonstrating knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.
• Accurately document patient and specimen information while maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff.
