Marketing Communications Coordinator
Job Summary
The Coordinator will build the company’s social media presence and monitor the frontline for client communication. They will be an active social listener, monitor customer feedback, provide excellent customer service, research and update social media content, and support sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create, deliver, edit, and optimize sales and marketing materials
- Create high-quality original written and visual content for the company’s social
- media campaigns
- Measure impact and report on weekly key metrics for all social media platforms to show the effects of different campaigns
- Monitor and research social media trends
- Source relevant content (voice of customer (VOC)/news/articles)
- Update Social Media accounts and create contests/giveaways to attract more
- followers
- Organize, attend and execute key sales and marketing events
- Monitor and update all marketing platforms (i.e. Leafly, WeedMaps, Youtube, IG et al.)
- Ensure the brand guide is accurately represented across platforms
- Organize client communication for ease of reference and maintaining data
- integrity
- Monitor strain names and handle graphic creation for labels
- Relay client inquiries and business intelligence to the correct internal colleagues
- Maintain marketing and sales supplies and inventory
- Assist with mailings and inventory of marketing materials

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.
