As part of our youth development staff, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging high- and low-ropes activities that promote teamwork, personal growth, and self-confidence in youth.

- Planning and leading ropes course activities, ensuring safety and fun for all participants.
- Developing and delivering lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of campers.
- Building nurturing relationships with campers and fostering a sense of teamwork and growth.
- Modeling the Y's core values and maintaining a positive, supportive environment.
Requirements
- Certification in ropes course facilitation or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in ropes course instruction or facilitation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for working with youth.
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR/AED, and O2 administration (or willingness to obtain before the start of camp).
- Physical ability to climb, balance, and work safely at heights.
