Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through double entry bookkeeping.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor budget variances.
- Manage corporate accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other financial software for efficient record keeping.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare governmental accounting reports as required by regulatory agencies.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
