Qualifications:
Associates degree, equivalent credits or previous secretarial experience preferred?Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
Knowledgeable and proficient in Google Documents
Excellent customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Financial account and supply management skills
Ability to organize and maintain consistent communication through websites and social media
Professionalism/Confidentiality
Organization related to maintaining systems of documentation and communication
Experience working in a school office/setting preferred
Entry level first aid
Duties include but are not limited to the following
Communicating with a diverse population of people
Report to principal directly
Keeping a calendar, budgeting, letters, communication with staff/community, processing purchase orders and day-to-day operation of the office.
Operating office equipment such as the phone system, intercom, fax machine, computers, copy machine etc.
Ability to use technology for word processing, generating letters, emails, spreadsheets, and reports, and a working knowledge of Google Docs.
Providing administrative support for special projects
Experience working in a school office/setting preferred
