Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending, conditioning, and loading out processes.
- Regularly inspect stored grain to guarantee quality and quantity.
- Perform routine housekeeping, maintenance, and other essential tasks.
- Liaise with other departments within the company as necessary.
- Comply with and enforce company safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Possessing a federal grain inspection/weighing license or being able to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as trucks, tractors, etc.
- Flexibility to work in multiple locations as assigned by your supervisor.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Hold a CDL with necessary endorsements (desired) and a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
