We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide medical care in a home care setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Day and Night shifts are available. We offer competitive compensation to go along with our world-class service. This particular position is for a medically complex home care case in Davenport, FL.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an LPN. Experience with ICU / PCU or quadriplegic patients preferred. Must have ventilator and tracheostomy experience.
LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as :
- Daily assessments of clients
- Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)
- Documentation of client status, and / or changes
- Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Ventilator management
- Tube feeding
- Disease management
- Coordination client medical appointments
Positions available : 1 FT Flex, or 2-3 PT
Pay : $28 / hr
