We are looking to hire a Greeter to our team part time at Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Some Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel experience
• Experience with handling money and deposits preferred
• Work with minimal supervision
• Flexibility and adaptability prepared to adapt to new challenges or unexpected obstacles, changing circumstances, and new information while completing tasks in a timely manner with high quality

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
• Assist with administrative duties which include:
  • Data Entry
  • Keeping Accurate Records
  • Organizing Files/Records

Requirements

• Receptionist Experience is Required
• Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel

• Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
