Key Responsibilities:
- Provides community resource information for general assistance
- Assist with Mobile Diaper distributions and community events
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Write and submit reports and grants.
- Create impact reports and analyze data.
- Recruit and manage program participants and volunteers.
- Plan and execute events.
- Perform funding research and maintain knowledge of community resources.
- Operate company vehicle (must be 25 or older).
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Assist in the warehouse scheduling
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associates Degree required
- 3 years of experience in Nonprofit Management, Community Outreach, Volunteer Management, or Event Coordination
- Proven success in managing mobile distributions or large-scale community programs
- Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Social media management experience
- Experience with CRM systems (Airtable preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
