Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full cycle of recruitment, HRIS administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, payroll processing, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems, including UltiPro, Paylocity, Salesforce, Kronos, ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, and Workday.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting employee orientations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities for multiple entities, including pay for performance calculations.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, such as UltiPro, Paylocity, Salesforce, Kronos, ADP, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, and Workday.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with effective prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
