- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize computer software for document preparation, data management, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with employment applications and new hire onboarding.
- Manage various social media platforms.
