Key Responsibilities
- Measure and explain the impact of monthly Key Performance Indicators
- Support sales team through data analysis and reporting
- Maintain integrity of internal reporting structures and automation
- Lead adoption of new analytics tools to support sales team
- Model profitability and business scenarios, make actionable recommendations based on findings
- Support annual budgeting process
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with team members
- Knowledge and experience in Tableau, Alloy, SAP or Cognos, preferred
- High level of energy and sense of urgency; self-starter; strong and effective multi-tasker
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Bachelor’s degree with a business or analytics emphasis preferred (Finance, Accounting, Statistics, MIS or Supply Chain)
- Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and pivot tables, Access a plus
