Can Central Heating and Cooling offer you a “home” as you develop your skills and experience in the hvac field?

We are looking to fill our Residential New Construction Installer position as soon as possible. Employee would be given a company vehicle and would be in charge of said jobsites from start to finish in order to install any and all components for a new heating and cooling system. Employee would also be given a helper to assist in any and all tasks to finish each and every jobsite in a timely manner.

Requirements

• HVAC 2 years of experience
• Trade School is Preferred
• EPA Certification Required
• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, thermostats, and related components.
• Inspect and test completed installations to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues during installation and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate installation records and job documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety protocols.
• Critical thinking/ problem solving
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work from ladders/ in small areas
• Valid driver license
• Pre-employment drug screening/ clean background check
• Have and maintain a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
