What does it take to be a Maintenance Worker 1/C (Night)?
Required
- High School or an Equivalency Diploma and at least two years of experience
- Knowledge of basic carpentry (including minor drywall and painting), electric, masonry and plumbing
- Ability to use hand tools, electronic/computerized tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining buildings and grounds
- Evidence of physical fitness shall be required and at the Company's option must be demonstrated by medical examination by a doctor selected by the Company.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
