What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support and Event Technology Coordinator position at Central Indiana Educational Service Center Consortium?
We are looking for a qualified individual to fill a newly created IT Support & Event Technology Coordinator position. This role provides Level 1 technical support to staff and customers while also supporting the technology needs of hosted events. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Microsoft Windows and Apple devices, and assisting users with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Monday.com, Slack, and other common software tools. The specialist will also be responsible for managing A/V and conferencing systems, including Zoom Rooms.
