Job Overview:
Central Jersey Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Part Time Behavioral Health Unit as a highly dedicated and skilled Nursing Supervisor.
This role will oversee the entire unit, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of house-wide staffing and patient throughput/bed management
- Ensuring enforcement of facility policies and standardized feedback to employees related to policies and clinical performance
- Providing supervision, education, mentorship, support, and follow-through for clinical and nursing quality issues
- Responsible for collection of QA data
Requirements:
- RN Degree
- NJ RN License
- At least 3 years Behavioral Health experience & at least one year Behavioral Health/Chemical Dependency experience in a Supervisor/Management position
