Job Summary:
Central Jersey Behavioral Health seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor. This role will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage house-wide staffing and patient throughput/bed management
- Ensure enforcement of facility policies and standardized feedback to employees
- Provide supervision, education, mentorship, support, and follow-through for clinical and nursing quality issues
- Responsible for collection of QA data
Requirements:
- RN Degree
- NJ RN License
- At least 3 years Behavioral Health experience & at least one year Behavioral Health/Chemical Dependency experience in a Supervisor/Management position
