- Administer benefits, onboard new hires, and maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, L&I, and Workers’ Compensation regulations
- Process payroll-related personnel actions, track seniority rosters, and maintain HR systems
- Support recruitment efforts, background checks, and interview coordination
- Assist in labor management meetings, grievance tracking, and policy development
