Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims for repairs and services
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely reimbursement
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and related documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes related to warranty claims
- Collaborate with service technicians and advisors to gather necessary information for claims
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of powersports service and repair processes
- Experience in a similar role as a Warranty Administrator or in powersports service
- Familiarity with warranty systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
