Job Overview
We are looking for a well rounded individual to join a team of hard working co-workers in a rapidly growing business/industry. The employee will be responsible for sanitizing/cleaning durable medical equipment (hospital beds, wheelchairs, bathroom aids), receiving/ unloading shipments, loading and unloading of medical equipment from delivery vehicles, data entry in our software verifying items have been cleaned/tested and the overall upkeep/ maintenance of the warehouse. Testing and analyzing the purity of oxygen concentrators as well as all other products verifying they are in good working condition. This role is vital in our organization based on the fact that our business model is rental equipment, maintaining and increasing product longevity is extremely important as well as customer satisfaction based on the cleanliness of the products. The ideal candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 60lbs and must be comfortable using step ladders, pallet jacks and basic hand tools. Hours are 9a-5p, Monday through Friday. Weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize & test DME equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas.
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet service standards
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
