HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Certified Peer Specialist is responsible for providing peer support and group services for individuals who received services under the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic(CCBHC), and individuals in recovery for substance use disorders.
- Assess, refer, and monitor progress towards achieving goals in the overall health of individuals and families
- Provide one-on-one peer support, and groups, focused on behavior changes to improve qualify of life
- Work with individuals and families to set personalized goals and support them in achieving those goals
- Empower individuals and families with skills to engage in the management of both physical and mental health
- Document interactions and interventions as directed
Salary : $15 - $18
