Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
Central Minnesota Mental Health Center has an opportunity for a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to become part of our team in the Outpatient Substance Use Disorder program. This position is for case management of an outpatient adult evening SUD group out of our St. Cloud location.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The LADC performs chemical health evaluations for clients, develops individual intervention, treatment, and recovery plans, and facilitates or leads group sessions.
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care to outpatient SUD clients.
- Provide case management services for outpatient SUD Clients.
- Maintain necessary documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, attendance, and discharge summaries in accordance with 245G and Agency Policy.
