HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Program Manager of Co-Responders leads innovative mental health programs that are changing the way crisis services are delivered in Minnesota. The Program manager will supervise, lead, and train Co-responders and Child Response Initiative (CRI) staff. This position also plays a critical role in building a collaboration with local law enforcement, partnering skillful mental health responses to reduce avoidable hospitalizations or incarceration. The Program Manager will also be a Clinical Supervisor and will be responsible for assuring compliance with all rules and regulations related to co-response, and CRI program.
- Provide clinical supervision to Co-Responders and CRI staff
- Coordinate with law enforcement and attend collaborative meetings
- Provide on-call supervision in a rotation with other Mental Health Professionals
- Meet with staff to provide feedback on treatment plans and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in training and tracking of new employees regarding both policy and procedure and clinical application.
- Manages day-to-day functions of the co-response team.
- Completes payroll tasks including approving time off as well as time sheets.
- Ensures each recipient will be provided with crisis services that are medically necessary, using individualized treatment interventions that are based on the recipient’s assessed needs.
- Knows and follows policies and procedures for emergencies and has the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to unsafe weather, environmental hazards and recipient medical emergencies
