Position Overview : The CNC Tooling Apprentice will assist in the programming operation and maintenance of CNC machines to produce precision components and tooling for manufacturing. This role is designed for individuals eager to gain technical skills and grow their expertise in CNC machining and programming within a structured handson environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in programming setting up and operating CNC mills lathes and EDM machines.
- Learn to read and interpret detailed blueprints to ensure precision in projects.
- Gain experience with Mastercam software for CNC programming.
- Support the building and repair of molds and tooling under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Learn and adhere to high standards of safety quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
