The Coil Winder Auto Weld position is vital to our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. As a Coil Winder, you will be responsible for the automatic winding and welding of coils used in our transformers, contributing to the craftsmanship that Central Moloney is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate automatic coil winding and welding machines
• Follow engineering specifications and production schedules accurately to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to meet coil specifications and quality standards
• Inspect finished coils for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
• Knowledge of coil winding processes and welding techniques is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills for operating machinery and recording production data
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
