Sales Analyst

We are currently seeking an applicant with strong data processing skills to work in our Sales Department. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working on time sensitive projects independently and being comfortable reporting that data back to customers or upper management.

Shift: 8a-5p, with Overtime as needed

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Quote creation through information gathering, document creation and system submissions.

· Gather and distribute customer and internal project schedules.

· Beginning and end of life part management through various internal and external systems.

· Support department planning and the related organization to implement corporate strategy.

· Manage and/or assist with special orders, pricing updates, regulatory docs. or other misc. requests. (Samples, Trial, and Service order coordination; internal and external.)

· Support volume and price negotiations with customers.

· Data Analysis and Tracking (Volume, Price, Revenue, Raw Material & Scrap Rate etc.)

· Gather and present information as requested. (Internal or market-based research)

· Limited travel; related to admin relationships with customer and information gathering

· Independently work on regular tasks while managing special requests.

· Direct contact with buyers.

· Support other departments within the company and global related companies

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

· Job demands may require long periods of sitting; telephone use and/or computer work.

· Periodically conduct/attend meetings with customers in person, virtually or by phone.

· Excel; including but not limited to complex formulas and chart/graph creation.

· Computer skills with ability to troubleshoot/problem solve.

· Think and formulate ideas independently but also be able to work collaboratively to incorporate other viewpoints and opinions.

· Work efficiently during stressful conditions with multiple deadlines and changing priorities based on evolving situations.

· Ability to work safely and comply with all safety standards. Must be able to wear all forms of protective equipment.

· Ensure quality standards are achieved by performing jobs in accordance with work instructions to include correct product, size, quantity, and color on various wheel types to meet customer satisfaction.

· Work respectfully within a team environment or independently, as needed.

· Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area.
