Day to Day:
The primary function of this role will be to supervise and direct retail operations and staff for multiple branches within an assigned area and ensuring each meets their retail organizational, customer service, financial, operational, procedural and growth plans. Travel required. Other day-to-day functions may include:
- Supervise and oversee retail functions for multiple branches and their assigned retail team and inclusive of retail production goals and standards; customer service initiatives; and operational and procedural compliance both timely and in accordance within assigned parameters.
- Develop, assign and lead retail branch training initiatives relevant to retail functions, policies and procedures, compliance and current retail products and promotions to best ensure branch(s) retail successes.
- Serve as the retail subject matter expert for an assigned area and troubleshoot and oversee problematic, unusual, and/or difficult customer interactions through personal actions/efforts or as a referral source to the appropriate department in a timely and professional manner.
- Hire, schedule, coach and supervise assigned retail staff both in-person and remotely to ensure optimal staffing/ coverage, high performance standards, professionalism, staff development and on-boarding measures are being met in a productive manner and in full support of Central personnel policies and procedural standards.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience:
You may be wondering what we are looking for in a candidate. Qualified candidate should demonstrate three to five years of similar or related experience as well as hold a bachelors degree in a related field. Previous supervisory experience is a plus as work involves supervising, coordinating, and reviewing the work of assigned staff with a subordinate group of employees. Significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Ability to motivate, influence, and train others is also a must. Qualified candidates should also possess great decision making, problem solving, and organizational skills.
